LOBO Banana Fritter Batter Mix (Kloay Kaak) 85g

Prepare under-ripe banana, sweet potato or taro. Dissolve content of this packet with cold water and mix throughly. Coat the banana, sweet potato or taro in the batter and deep dry in hot oil until golden brown.

Flour (Rice, Wheat, Corn) 50%, Sugar 18%, Coconut 15%, Sesame 10%, Peanut 5%, Salt, Raising Agent (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate).
