Packaging

Your order will be carefully packed and all glass bottles will be protected with bubble wrap to ensure there are no damages during transit.

We re-use good condition boxes to limit wastage.

Dispatching Your Order

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 4:30pm will be packaged and sent out same day with next day day delivery.

Receiving the Parcels

You must ensure that you are at the address on the day of delivery to recieve the parcels.

Complaints

Any complaints must be reported to us within 2-3 hours after you receive the parcels. Huongviet Supermarket holds the right to make the final decisions for any complaints after that.
 

Broken or damaged item

We try to ensure all parcels are packaged well. But in the event that an item in your parcel is broken or damaged during transit, please contact us straight away so we can investigate the cause. To start the claim, we require a photo of the damaged/broken item. From this, we can then either replace or refund you.
 

Incorrect or missing item

In the unlikely event that an item from your order is incorrect or missing, please contact us straight away and inform our team which item(s) are missing. From this, we will send you the correct item and we will be liable for any extra postage costs. We may also ask you to send back the incorrect item for which we will provide the return label.

Delivery notes from courier

*** We CANNOT ship frozen items to - areas outside of mainland United Kingdom, (including Highlands, Islands of Scottland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly) and any other EU countries.

*** Please note, we do not advise customers to order fresh & frozen items if you have limited access and difficulties to get access the delivery address.

*** Customers must make sure they will be home to sign for the frozen/chilled parcel. If you are not home or reject the order we will not offer a refund.

Defrosted/ damaged items
Our specialist frozen packaging will maintain the temperature of the frozen goods for up to 24 hours. When you receive your delivery, frozen products may be slightly defrosted on the surface but the products are still in good/suitable condition. It is highly unlikely for frozen items to get completely defrosted or damaged.
