Scallion pancake is a Chinese, savory, unleavened flatbread folded with oil and minced scallions. Unlike Western pancakes, it is made from dough instead of batter. It is generally pan-fried which gives it crisp edges yet also a chewy texture at the same time it is nice and crispy on the outside.

Wheat Flour 50%, Water, Shortening (Palm Oil), Palm Stearin and Antioxidant (E321)), Sugar, Scallion 2%, Salt
