Buko is a delicious, nutritious Filipino frozen shredded young coconut. With its sweet taste, it is typically served as a dessert, but can also be eaten as a snack. This product is made from young coconuts that are handpicked and peeled by farmers in the Philippines. It is then shredded and frozen, to be served later.
